Uniquely designed to mimic the serene, Zen-like oasis found at cocktail bars in Japan, the cocktails are complex and culinary in nature. Located upstairs, the menu changes every week featuring five new and distinct cocktails. Made with only three seasonal ingredients each, sourced locally to reflect the tastes of the Appalachian region, from paw paw to Jimmy Red corn, each cocktail is masterfully crafted to put a spotlight on ingredients first, and spirit second.

Through a very detailed service and presentation, going back to the very roots of cocktail making and free of any modern machinery, The Bar takes guests on an uncharted and special beverage tasting, with no two experiences ever being the same.
